Ingredients:
4 breasts Chicken

1 packet Mushroom, chopped

2 tbsp. Cremica Sandwich Spread

2 Clove Garlic crushed

200 grams fresh cream

200 grams cheddar cheese grated

100 grams butter

25 grams Flour seasoned with salt and pepper

Method:

STEP 1
Slit the chicken breast, to make a pocket. Rub with sandwich spread, keep aside.

STEP 2
In a pan add 50 grams butter, garlic and mushroom. Sauces for 5 minutes add salt & pepper keep aside.

STEP 3
Stuff the chicken with mushroom mixture, dust with flour. In another pan, heat the remaining butter; add cream cheese parsley and seasonings

STEP 4
Now to finalize the dish, grill the chicken, either in a pan, or a griller. Cut the cooked chicken diagonally, top it with the cheese sauce & serve with some steamed vegetables, or a green salad.

Ingredients:
•Curd 100ml

•Veget oil 100ml

•Mayonnaise veg. 175gm

•Flour 200gm

•Sugar 165gm

•Baking powder 3gm

•Baking soda 3gm

•Cremica mix fruit jam as needed

Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 160°c. Line the bottom of a 6 inch cake ring with silver foil or grease and flour a 6 inch cake tin. Mix the curd-mayonnaise and sugar well. Sift the flour-baking powder and baking soda and add to the mix. Fill in the cup-cakes molds or cake ring/tin and bake at 140° c. Till an inserted wooden tooth pick or a knife comes out clean. Use the Caramel Syrup for icing.
