The Indian Grill Room is a unique family restaurant celebrating Indian cuisine through the use of various Indian grilling techniques like the tawa, charcoal grill, pathar and tandoor. The restaurant aims to provide its patrons with one-of-a-kind experience. Spread over 20000 sq. ft. with indoor and outdoor sections in equal proportions, it offers private dining areas with a personal chef and a mini bar. The indoor area has a large open kitchen with a chef’s table in the centre with interactive grill stations. The terrace has a large water body, gazebos and a performance area.
Located on the Golf Course Road, the restaurant has taken a pan Indian approach to their menu. Indian Grill Room will serve popular North Indian Kebabs like the Malai Tikka, Fish Amritsari, Kesari Paneer Tikka to favorites from other parts of the country like the Meen Moilee, Goan Chicken Cafreal, Kashmiri Tabak Maaz, Mutton Suka or the Urlai (Potato) Roast from the South.
The Indian Grill Room follows a ‘Table De Hote Menu’ or a ‘set menu’ concept where in the guest pays a fixed price for a meal that includes a soup, 12 varieties of Indian grills, followed by curries, lentils and an assortment of bread, a choice
of desserts and a post dinner warm beverage. This menu is set to change every 15 days. Over and above, the guest has an option of ordering from an A la carte ‘enhancer menu’ that has a select exotic offering of meats and veggies like the Sikandari Raan (Tender leg of baby lamb marinated overnight with the chef’s spices and served royally), Chaamp Adraki (New Zealand grilled lamb chops), Grilled Shadras (A combination of exotic vegetables marinated in ricotta cheese and Indian herbs with a smoked flavor) amongst other things. The restaurant also has an elaborate bar menu that offers favorites like Kursi Miyane (Lamb mince stuffed egg balls), Baang (Crushed coated chicken supreme tossed with peppers, onions and tomatoes), Veg Papri (Crispy papri and thepla with exotic veg topping) and Aloo Chatkari (Punjab’s favourite crisp potatoes tossed in tangy
and hot masala) to name a few.
The Indian Grill Room has two bars. The indoor bar is luxurious and has intimate seating for 20 people while the outdoor will be opened on the weekends to manage large crowds. The bars at the restaurant will offer a large variety of spirits and cocktails with a focus on whiskeys. The Indian Grill Room aims to have the largest collection of whiskeys in any standalone restaurant in the country.
The restaurant will host weekly music performances. These performances will focus on various genres of Indian music like Sufi, Classical, and Indian fusion amongst many others.

Chef Rawat is a professional with 35 years of experience in the hotel industry with hands on experience in kitchens across the world.
He started his career as a trainee in Indian kitchens in Lucknow, Old Delhi and went ahead to have long associations as ‘Chef de Cuisine’ and ‘Executive Chef’ with groups like Oberoi’s & Jay Pee hotels.
He is now lending his skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine at the Indian Grill Room.
